As the air turns increasingly colder and the days grow shorter, seek out a refreshing feeling of light, warmth and optimism at Agora Gallery – something that seems particularly welcome considering recent weather events. Bask in the fervor and imaginative joy that flows from the work on the walls, bringing an atmosphere of interest and cheerfulness to the gallery. The latest exhibitions open on November 1, 2012 and run until November 21, with the opening reception taking place on the evening of Thursday November 8, 2012. As always, art lovers are welcome and entrance is free – and don’t forget that you can take in the remarkable work of George Oommen at the same time in his solo exhibition, also at Agora Gallery.
Agora Gallery is celebrating the best in photography this month – in addition to the fascinating ‘Year in Pictures’ exhibition in Gallery II, we are delighted to present the dazzling contemporary photography of Altered States of Reality: An Exhibition of Analog and Digital Fine Art Photography. At the same time, stunning abstract art features in Labyrinth of Abstraction, while Sensorial Perspectives showcases the work of artists who convey great emotional and empirical depth through art.
The exhibitions will open on October 29, 2010 and continue until November 19, 2010, with the opening reception taking place on Thursday November 4, 2010. As always, artists and art-lovers are warmly invited to attend.
A firm favorite is returning to Agora Gallery – April 16, 2010 sees the start of Altered States of Reality: an Exhibition of Analog and Digital Photography. The show will run until May 7, 2010, with the reception taking place on Thursday April 22, 2010.
Altered States of Reality showcases the varied work of some of the finest established and emerging fine art photographers in the international art world. The range of technologies used by these artists is impressive, and contributes to the diversity [...]
Glimpse the world as captured through the lens of a camera in Altered States of Reality; experience a rich kaleidoscope of color, form and texture in Elements of Abstraction; discover the spirit behind the visuals presented in Portals of Perception.

The old boundaries have come tumbling down and the new reality has been altered and is forever changing. This exciting exhibition allows us to challenge our ideas, and the parables [...]
